First of all, we’re so glad you’re here. All fitness levels are welcome. When you are in our studio, you are part of our family and the Oxygen community.

HOW DO I BOOK MY OXYCLASSES?

If this is your first time, please sign up for your spot online or stop by the studio and sign up in person during our open hours.

HOW EARLY SHOULD I ARRIVE?

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before class begins. We love to get to know you and make sure everyone is set with shoes and bike adjustments.

WHEN ARE CLASSES HELD?

New schedules are posted weekly each Monday morning here and on our social media outlets. Follow us on Facebook. and Instagram to get updates about new classes and latest events.

WHAT SHOULD I BRING?

We provide complimentary shoes, weights and towels for every class. You are welcome to bring your own shoes; our pedals are compatible with LOOK Delta and SPD cleats.

For OxyCore and OxYoga, bring your own yoga mat. A mat is your best guide during your practice. Bring socks and a water bottle to hydrate. We sell water bottles and yoga mats in the studio.

HOW LONG IS EACH CLASS?

Every OxyRide is 45 minutes. From warm up and ramp up to cool down, the lighting, music and coach cues are planned to get the most out of you. During the recovery period at the end of the ride, there will be a small weight rotation to increase upper body strength.

Our OxYoga and OxyCore classes are 60 minutes.
